Job description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Roseville, MN. Provide home health services across a territory in the Twin Cities including Bloomington, Richfield, south Minneapolis, and Fort Snelling. Support patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to regain or improve daily skills while gaining experience in a community-focused home care environment.
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience required. Experience with Home Care/Home Base and Start of Care (SOC) processes required.
  • Experience with NetHealth Outpatient is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a multi-site territory in urban and suburban community settings.
  • Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.

  • Service area covers a territory in the Twin Cities, including Bloomington, Richfield, south Minneapolis, and Fort Snelling.
