Inside Wholesale Automotive Parts Salesperson Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing
  • Locates any parts not in stock
  • Completes special order requests
  • Communicates with the customer on the status of orders and notifies them upon delivery
  • Communicates in a friendly and professional manner
  • Engages decision-makers through prospecting
  • Follows all company safety policies and procedures
  • Understands federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
  • Consults on the customer's business needs--providing solutions
  • Provides value added services such as ordering of product, inventory management and problem solving
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Inside Wholesale Automotive Parts Salesperson Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP inside wholesale parts sales experience --specifically with Ford, Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-RAM background a huge plus!.
  • Bilingual a plus!
  • Must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy and desire to be successful
  • CDK experience a plus.
  • Ability to connect with customers to build and maintain lasting relationships
