Transform patient care and community as a Hospital Medicine Physician in Chillicothe, Ohio

Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 20 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers at Adena Regional Medical Center.

Qualifications:

  • Board certified/eligible internal medicine or family medicine trained physicians.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates).
  • We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.

Scheduling:

  • Our full-time positions follow a 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule, providing a balance between work and personal time.
  • We offer specific admitting shifts as well as rounder positions that include admissions responsibilities.
  • Day hospitalist shifts are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform rounding, admissions, and discharges to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Collaborate with a full subspecialty team available for consults.
  • Work in a closed ICU environment.
  • No procedures are required as part of this role.
  • Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
