Job description

Pay: $22-$26 per hour (Actual pay will be based on experience, skills and internal equity)

The Role

The Inside Sales Representative 1 (ISR 1) is a fully independent, customer-facing support and technical inside role responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions related to quotes, orders, pricing, availability, and basic technical assistance.

This role requires strong execution, clear communication, and accurate system work in a fast-paced environment.

    What You’ll Do

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
    • Prepare, review, and manage quotes and orders within ERP systems
    • Proactively manage open orders to ensure delivery, accuracy, and follow-through
    • Communicate clearly and early when issues, changes, or risks arise
    • Collaborate closely with sales, vendors, and internal teams

    Education & Training

    • High school diploma required; college credits desired; technical/mechanical emphasis. preferred.

    Experience

    • 1-3 years experience in an inside sales support, customer support, order management or similar customer-facing role.
    • Experience in the hygienic/sanitary process equipment industry, preferred.
    • Working knowledge of quoting, order processing, and ERP-based workflows
    • Equivalent experience demonstrating readiness for the role may be considered

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements
