Community Support Individuals (CSIs) are professionals who assist people with disabilities or mental health challenges in achieving greater independence and integration within their communities. They provide support with daily living activities, help clients develop social and coping skills, and connect them to community resources and services. CSIs often work as part of a broader care team, collaborating with case managers, therapists, and family members to promote the client's well-being and self-sufficiency.
