Job description

Community Service Provider Supervisor shall oversee a team of Clinical Community Service Providers (CPST), along with Community Service Providers (PSR) staff providing support, supervision and oversite of billable hours. The Community Service Provider Supervisor will also be involved in overseeing progress notes, documentation and ensuring quality and compliance. The Community Service Provider Supervisor will maintain a small caseload providing community-based services that are intended to prevent the progression of behavioral health needs through early identification and intervention. CFTSS services are also intended to provide treatment for children/youth with an existing diagnosis for whom flexible community-based treatment is needed to correct 01ยท ameliorate conditions identified during an assessment process. In addition, as
assessment of needs may result in the recommendation of further medically necessary services, such as
rehabilitative services. Services are delivered in a trauma Informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner. Other duties will also include but not be limited to:

โ€ข Providing services to identified caseload.
โ€ข Provides direct administrative supervision to staff delivering direct services. This includes Clinical Community Service Providers (CPST) along with Community Service Providers (PSR).
โ€ข Assigns caseloads and regularly monitors schedules and staff billing to ensue utilization targets are being met.
โ€ข Participates as a part of a management team that includes the Assistant Director of
CFTSS/CMHRS, Clinical Supervisors, and Family and Youth Peer Advocate Supervisors- to oversee the growth and development of the CFTSS/CMHRS program.
โ€ข Assists with the hiring, onboarding and training of program staff to ensure that they are properly credentialed to deliver the CFTSS/CMHRS services as mandated by regulatory policy.
โ€ข Reviewing and signing of 011 services progress notes.
โ€ข Ensures that staff are meeting their billable hours on a monthly basis and are following the identified treatment goals for their identified caseload.
โ€ข Working with clinical team to develop treatment goals that are medically necessary forยท individuals.
โ€ข Promotes professional development of self and staff by attending and leading trainings and In ยญservices (as needed).
โ€ข Provides billing, outcome and other data collection reports 1ยทequil'ed by the agency and by the counties that request services through the community-based programs,
โ€ข A member of Agency Utilization Review Committee overseeing to ensure compliance of regulators.

Must be aware of and sensitive to trauma informed care and the cultural needs of the population of focus and how to best meet those needs and be capable of training staff regarding these issues.
