Job Summary:

Kawneer, a global leader in architectural aluminum systems and products, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our energetic and innovative team! As a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC), you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling order processing, coordinating with various departments to resolve issues, and contribute to our reputation for excellence. Under the general direction of the CSC Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to review, and enter, customer purchase orders by using proprietary software. Your role is key in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. 

In this role, you will:

  • Order Processing and Order Management
  • Review customer orders and purchases
  • Coordinate order status - placing an order in Estimating, Order Entry, and Takeoff statuses
  • Send orders to manufacturing based on standard practices
  • Work with our ordering system and release orders to manufacturing
  • Adjusting prices based on established guidelines
  • Interact with customers and Sales Representatives
  • Work with customers on processing, scheduling, order changes, product issues, and customer claims.
  • Utilize, or develop, knowledge of product and price book
  • Interact and coordinate with internal resources on projects

  • Associates degree from an accredited institution 
  • Commercial or residential construction industry experience
