Job Title: Service Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Roger Bacon High School
Schedule: 20+ hours per week, including after-school hours and occasional weekend activities
Position Summary:
Roger Bacon High School is seeking a motivated and organized Service Coordinator to oversee and support the school's student service initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating service opportunities, tracking student service hours, and helping students connect with meaningful community service experiences that align with the school's Franciscan mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and promote service opportunities for students throughout the school year.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of student service hours.
  • Work with faculty, staff, and community organizations to develop service partnerships.
  • Support and supervise after-school service projects and activities.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating occasional weekend service events.
  • Communicate service opportunities and expectations to students and families.
  • Encourage student participation in community service and leadership through service.
  • Assist with service-related events, recognition programs, and reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with high school students and foster a positive environment.
  • Experience coordinating programs, volunteer activities, or youth programs preferred.
