POSITION SUMMARY

As the Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership growth, increasing revenue, developing community partnerships, and leading the studio's sales efforts.

This role is approximately 80โ€“90% sales-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, generating referrals, coaching team members, and closing memberships.

You will work closely with studio leadership andย Flexologists to ensure every prospective and existing member receives an exceptional experience.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

โ€ข Minimum availability of two evenings per week

โ€ข Minimum availability of one weekend day per week

โ€ข Ability to attend community events, networking functions, and outreach opportunities as needed

REQUIREMENTS

โ€ข Minimum two years of sales experience

โ€ข Previous management, leadership, or team coaching experience preferred

โ€ข Proven ability to generate leads and close sales

โ€ข Strong communication skills in person, by phone, text, and email

โ€ข Comfortable discussing pricing and confidently asking for the sale

โ€ข Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

โ€ข Ability to learn and utilize CRM software systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

โ€ข Generate leads through prospecting, networking, community outreach, referrals, and marketing initiatives

โ€ข Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email

โ€ข Conduct studio tours and introductory consultations

โ€ข Present membership options and confidently close sales

โ€ข Build relationships with members to increase retention and referrals

โ€ข Develop partnerships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations

โ€ข Plan and execute community events, promotions, and marketing initiatives

โ€ข Coach, train, and support Membership Sales Specialists

โ€ข Monitor sales activity, lead management, and conversion metrics

โ€ข Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure timely follow-up

โ€ข Collaborate with Flexologists and studio leadership to deliver a world-class client experience

โ€ข Assist with front desk operations when needed

โ€ข Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and professional

โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

โ€ข Base salary: $41,600โ€“$49,920 plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
