Position Summary:

Our sales managers are responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, and managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.
Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong management, leadership, and organization abilities
  • Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
  • Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-ends goods & services preferred
  • Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

Job Requirements:

  • Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
  • Manage all sales aspects of the business including
