Based in Dubuque, Iowa, Stuโ€™s serves as the retail arm of Restoration Works, a nonprofit focused on emergency home stabilization, youth mentorship, addiction recovery, and reentry support. Proceeds from every purchase help fund critical home repairs, accessibility projects such as wheelchair ramps, and housing support for veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and families rebuilding from crisis. Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubuque, IA, responsible for leading daily sales operations and driving revenue while supporting the storeโ€™s mission. This role oversees the sales floor, coaches and develops sales associates, and ensures excellent customer service for walk-in, consignment, and donation customers.
