Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, personal training revenue, and overall club performance through exceptional leadership, relationship building, and sales execution. This role leads the club's sales efforts by generating new memberships, developing community partnerships, coaching the sales team, and delivering an outstanding member experience from first contact through long-term retention.

The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, passionate about fitness, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership
  • Achieve and exceed monthly membership and revenue goals.
  • Lead daily sales activities including tours, consultations, follow-up calls, referrals, and outreach.
  • Coach and motivate the sales team
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, role-playing, and ongoing training.
  • Set up corporate memberships
  • Attend events to drive sales.
Lead Generation & Community Outreach
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
  • Execute internal and external marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads.

Member Experience
