Sales Manager – Tucson Media Partners

Tucson Media Partners, the marketing arm of the Arizona Daily Star and tucson.com, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering digital and multimedia marketing solutions to local businesses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to exceed revenue goals
  • Drive growth through targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies across key verticals
  • Champion our brand in the community through networking and partnerships
  • Reinforce CRM best practices and support long-term, consultative sales
  • Integrate training, coaching, and performance development into daily routines

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of successful sales leadership experience
  • Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Passion for digital marketing and ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with digital advertising highly preferred
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
