Job Description
A great hospital in Arkansas, just outside the Branson, Missouri area is seeking Registered Nurses for their Labor and Delivery Department. Come join an amazing team dedicated to providing high quality healthcare and serving their community.
$15, 000 sign-on bonus provided with this position!
Pay: $28.00 - $42.00/hour + generous shift differentials
The Registered Nurse Opportunity:
  • Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  • Labor and Delivery Schedule: 3x12s, night shift (7: 00 PM - 7: 00 AM)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plan with this Registered Nurse position

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
  • Directs and supervises nursing care of OB patients and their newborns
  • Directs activities of LPNs
  • Actively participates in committees or projects for the improvement of nursing care
  • Participates in educational programs for nursing service personnel, patients and student nurses.
  • Evaluates patients on admission, assesses patient and newborn needs throughout hospital stay. Keeps care plans current
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
  • RN license in Arkansas or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Associate s Degree in Nursing required;BSN preferred
  • BLS and ACLS required (or must be willing to obtain upon hire)
  • 1 year of experience preferred, but welcome new graduates
