Palmerโ€™s Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). If youโ€™re passionate about person-centered care and want to work in a supportive environment โ€” weโ€™d love to hear from you!


What Youโ€™ll Do:

As an RN with Palmers, youโ€™ll provide high-quality oversight and support for individuals with IDD. Youโ€™ll collaborate with medical professionals, ensure compliance with state and agency standards, and play a critical role in improving overall well-being.

Primary duties include:

  • Conducting monthly RN oversight assessments
  • Reviewing medications and health records for accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting clients at medical appointments when needed
  • Training and delegating to direct care staff
  • Collaborating with care teams to maintain up-to-date care plans and medication orders
  • Completing timely documentation and progress notes
  • Ensuring adequate medical supplies and proper medication administration
  • Identifying and addressing any gaps in care or health-related concerns
  • Other duties as needed

  • Ability to pass driving record check for fleet insurance approval
