  • Participates as a member of Service Line senior management, providing leadership and subject matter expertise.
  • Represents the Service Line in Division and Area initiatives related to access, teammate engagement, patient experience, and quality.
  • Partners with leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and model financial impact of strategic programs and clinical initiatives.
  • Leads monthly operational performance reviews, monitors budgets, analyzes variances, and implements corrective actions.
  • Develops and implements annual business plans, growth strategies, and operational objectives aligned with Service Line and Area priorities.
  • Oversees ambulatory services across the care continuum, ensuring clinical quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Builds and leads high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, engagement, and accountability.
  • Supports program planning for new facilities and services; leads integration and optimization of operations and best practices.
  • Partners with physician and nursing leaders to advance clinical programs and innovation.
  • Leads negotiation, oversight, and management of physician contracts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
