At The Springs Living, our purpose is to change the way people think, feel, and experience senior living. We believe senior housing should feel welcoming, vibrant, and full of life, for residents, families, and team members alike. That purpose shapes everything we do, including how we connect with prospective residents and support families through important life transitions.
We are seeking a warm, motivated, and relationship-driven Community Relations Coordinator to support sales and community outreach efforts for our Salem communities: The Springs at Lancaster Village, The Springs at Willowcreek, and The Springs at Sunnyview. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Community Relations to help prospective residents and families explore whether one of our communities is the right fit for their needs, lifestyle, and goals. This position blends hospitality, relationship-building, event coordination, and consultative sales in a meaningful and people-centered environment.
Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting community tours and presenting the lifestyle, amenities, services, and culture of The Springs Living
  • Supporting occupancy and move-in goals through relationship-based sales and follow-up communication
  • Managing inquiries, lead follow-up, and ongoing communication throughout the move-in process
  • Assisting with marketing events, community outreach, and networking opportunities throughout the Salem area
  • Building partnerships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and local organizations
  • Supporting sales and marketing initiatives alongside the Director of Community Relations
  • Helping create a positive, hospitality-focused experience for every visitor and family interaction
  • Representing The Springs Living professionally both inside and outside the community

Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, senior living, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or community relations
  • Experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking with individuals and groups
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Event planning, outreach, or networking experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology
  • Familiarity with social media and digital communication for business purposes is preferred
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a collaborative team mindset
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, compassionate, and confident, communicating with a wide variety of people. You enjoy building connections, creating memorable experiences, and helping older adults and families navigate important decisions with empathy and professionalism.
Why The Springs Living?
At The Springs Living, we believe work should be meaningful, and relationships should come first. We are committed to creating communities where residents thrive, families feel supported, and team members are valued for the difference they make every day.
If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships in the community, and helping seniors and families find the right next chapter, we'd love to hear from you.
