  • Supporting sales and marketing initiatives alongside the Director of Community Relations
  • Helping create a positive, hospitality-focused experience for every visitor and family interaction

Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, senior living, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or community relations
  • Experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking with individuals and groups
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Event planning, outreach, or networking experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology
  • Familiarity with social media and digital communication for business purposes is preferred
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a collaborative team mindset
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, compassionate, and confident, communicating with a wide variety of people. You enjoy building connections, creating memorable experiences, and helping older adults and families navigate important decisions with empathy and professionalism.

If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships in the community, and helping seniors and families find the right next chapter, we’d love to hear from you.
