Job description

Praha Village, an assisted living community of Cassia in New Prague, MN, is seeking a Full-Time motivated Sales and Community Outreach Director to build community relations, attract new residents to our community to reach and maintain occupancy goals. We offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care for seniors. The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service, marketing and sales and has a passion for improving others’ lives.
 

As the Sales and Community Outreach Director, you will lead sales efforts from inquiry, through quality discovery and tours to guiding the prospects to move-in. You will also build strong community and professional referral partnerships.  The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field, 1-2 years of sales experience with senior housing strongly preferred, and strong communication and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to drive results.
Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position
 

Wage Range: $33 - $35 per hour
Location: 1100 1st Street SE, New Prague, MN 56071 South Metro 
Sales and Community Outreach Director Responsibilities:

  • Internal and external sales functions to lead generation as well as closing sales.
  • Conduct tours of the community with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
  • Oversee completion of all contacts and rental paperwork for new residents.
  • Conduct business development appointments, events and presentations with key referral partners in order to build relationships and generate referrals.
  • Conduct sales calls and creative follow up on a regular basis as directed by the sales plan and Cassia Home Office Sales team.
  • Use and maintain inquiry, prospect, and move-in records on the CRM
  • Lead the creation and execution of a quarterly strategic sales and marketing plan to reach occupancy goals. 
  • Meet or exceed established Key Performance Metrics. 
Sales and Community Outreach Director Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or health care field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Senior housing experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM software
  • This position requires a high degree of interpersonal relationship skills and entrepreneurial creativity
