The Opportunity:

South Bow is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join its Investor Relations team. Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations, this role supports the Company's engagement with the investment community and helps communicate South Bow's strategy, performance, and outlook to investors, analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders.

As a member of the Investor Relations team, you will help communicate South Bow's story by supporting the development of investor-facing materials and analyzing financial, operational, and market information. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and gain exposure to a wide range of business activities, strategic initiatives, capital markets issues, and corporate disclosure processes.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn. This role offers broad exposure across South Bow's business and a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, strategy, communications, and capital markets. You will contribute to high-profile initiatives spanning investor communications, public disclosure, capital markets events, and engagement with the investment community while helping shape how South Bow is understood by the market.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of South Bow's investor relations program.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly disclosure materials, including news releases, investor presentations, earnings call scripts, key messages, and other investor relations materials.
  • Support the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
  • Conduct shareholder analysis and peer benchmarking activities.
  • Assist in the development of capital markets intelligence related to industry trends, investor sentiment, and competitive positioning.
  • Support engagement activities involving retail investors, sell-side analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of briefing materials for investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other capital markets events.
  • Support the development of other corporate disclosures, including management's discussion and analysis, management information circulars, and sustainability reports.
  • Assist with special projects and corporate initiatives where investor relations, market intelligence, or capital markets expertise is required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal experts to gather information for accurate and effective investor relations materials and develop a deep understanding of South Bow's business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; background in business, economics, or a related field is an asset.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in investor relations, accounting, finance, capital markets, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, a focus on accuracy and quality, and the ability to self-review work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear and concise messages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a foundational understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality where required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong collaborator who is naturally curious and has a genuine desire to learn.
  • Progress toward, or interest in pursuing, a professional designation such as a CFA or CPA.
  • Prior experience supporting investor relations, accounting, finance, capital markets, or strategic planning functions.
  • Prior experience in the energy infrastructure, utilities, or transportation sectors is considered an asset.
