Community Director


We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Community Director to lead our community engagement initiatives and strengthen the bonds between our organization and the communities we serve. As a Community Director, you will play a key role in shaping our community strategies, fostering relationships, and enhancing our outreach efforts. You will oversee the planning and execution of programs and initiatives aimed at promoting positive community interaction and collaboration.


- Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and community stakeholders, including residents, local businesses, and community groups.

- Oversee and manage community programs and events, ensuring they are well-organized and impactful by working along side the Executive Director.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align community outreach efforts with broader organizational objectives.
- Lead a team of community coordinators and volunteers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop partnerships with local organizations, governmental agencies, and other relevant entities to enhance community relations.
- Manage budgets related to community programs and initiatives, ensuring resourceful and efficient allocation.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on community activities and outcomes to senior management.
