Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, attractive, and well-managed environment that fosters a strong sense of community among residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of residential community operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure the community remains in excellent condition.
  • Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting related to community operations.
  • Plan and execute community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing residential communities.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for property owners and management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years proven experience as a Residential Community Manager in a fast-paced residential community
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and residential community operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to residential property management.
