Qualifications for this position include:

  • Active Iowa RN Licensure. 

  • CPR Certification or ability to obtain.

  • Must have a valid drivers license, insurance and reliable transportation. 

  • Prior home care experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. 

  • Experience with OASIS, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and EMR (Wellsky/Kinnser) software preferred but will train the right candidate. 

  • Ability to work independently with good time management/organizational skills as well as part of a close supportive team.
