Job description

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty, and ethics in our treatment of our clients and each other. We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.


This is a hybrid position, split between remote work and our Smyrna, GA office


We are looking for a Full-Time Business Assistant to support the Georgia Home and Community programs. This position assists in administering all personnel, staff, and client information within their assigned Collage program. The role complies with company administrative protocols and maintains confidentiality, integrity, and strong customer-service skills.


Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Completes telephone operations as directed; receives calls well; redirects calls appropriately as needed.
  • Ensures office supplies are stocked and available as needed.
  • Reports any outages to our maintenance supervisor or IT support representative as soon as possible to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Maintains all on-site administrative reports as outlined in the companyโ€™s policy and procedure manuals. Makes sure most recent updates are posted.
  • Sends previous or terminated employee personnel records to the corporate office in a timely manner.
  • Processes all account payable and receivables as needed.
  • Prepares new hire packets and coordinates interviews at the request of the programโ€™s management team. Ensures all new hire forms are signed, dated and new staff members complete appropriate new hire procedures. Transmits all completed personnel forms to the corporate office.
  • Assists management in keeping employee personnel file folders maintained and up to date.
  • Coordinates completion of all required paperwork for new admissions or discharges of residents, including preparation of binders with initial paperwork such as โ€˜Face sheetsโ€™; transferred medical records; PAS, etc.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 5+ years of related work experience required
  • Experience with Google productivity systems and computer skills is preferred
  • Self-initiative, and ability to work independently and consistently
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Regularly required to communicate, both orally and in writing; occasionally required to speak on the telephone for extended periods of time
  • Regularly required to demonstrate a high degree of attention to details, quality standards and accuracy
  • Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 5% of the time spent working in this position
  • Must have the ability to occasionally lift and or move 35 lbs. or more
