Location: Mount Airy, PA
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
  • 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Participation Support (CPS) Staff / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual in the Mount Airy area. This role focuses on promoting independence, community engagement, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct one-on-one support in the community
  • Assist with daily living and social activities
  • Encourage community participation and engagement
  • Support the individual in achieving personal goals
  • Ensure safety and well-being at all times
  • Maintain professional communication with the care team

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and provide structured support
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Must pass background checks and clearances
