Job description

Be the voice of BuddyUp as our Community Manager. You'll engage with our users, organize events, moderate content, and build a thriving community of people who love being active together.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow BuddyUp's online community
  • Respond to user questions and feedback across all channels
  • Organize and host local community events and meetups
  • Moderate user-generated content and enforce community guidelines
  • Create engaging content for social media and in-app communications
  • Identify and nurture community advocates and power users
  • Gather user feedback and insights for product team
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of community management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media management and engagement
  • Passion for fitness, sports, and active lifestyles
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Based in or willing to relocate to SF Bay Area
Nice to Have
  • Experience managing communities for mobile apps
