  • Collaborating with building managers to prioritize and schedule veterinary care for shelter animals
  • Responding to client concerns accurately, compassionately, and in a timely manner
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with veterinary hospitals, agencies, animal control officers, rescue organizations, and other community partners
  • Supporting Pet Resource requests and Special Assistance applications in accordance with established procedures
  • Managing clinic inventory and ordering supplies and equipment

Build, Support & Lead an Outstanding Team
You'll lead a diverse team of receptionists, veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and volunteers while creating an environment focused on accountability, communication, development, and compassionate service.
Responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For

You should bring:
  • Three to five years of experience in clinic management
  • A bachelor's degree in management or a related field is preferred
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage both routine administrative responsibilities and complex customer or employee concerns
