Title: Associate Controller

Key Responsibilities for the Associate Controller:
• Lead month-end and year-end close, including multi-entity consolidation
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
• Manage external audit process and serve as primary audit liaison
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions
Qualifications for the Associate Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting + CPA required
• 6–10+ years of experience (Big 4 audit preferred)
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise across multiple entities
• Experience in real estate, development, or related industries preferred
