We are seeking an advanced practice provider to join one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity delivers care at our Community Hospital South location: 1402 E County Line Road, Indianapolis, IN 46227.
Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well established cardiology team in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking a highly motivated advanced practice provider with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings strongly preferred.
  • General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding
  • Monday through Friday schedule with one holiday per year and every fifth weekend rotation
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Epic EMR

Licensure and Certification
  • Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana

Experience
  • Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
  • Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification and maintain certification on an ongoing basis
  • Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and maintain eligibility on an ongoing basis
