• Provide comprehensive therapeutic assessment and treatment to individuals dealing with severe mental illness and emotional disturbances.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and coordinate referrals for further evaluation when necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote empowerment, choice, and holistic well-being.
• Maintain a balanced caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy, adapting to the unique needs of each client.
• Engage in crisis intervention when required, utilizing de-escalation techniques and supportive strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing crucial information and insights to enhance patient care.
• Participate in professional development efforts, including team meetings and training sessions to continuously grow your skill set.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies while upholding the confidentiality and dignity of clients.
• Complete clinical documentation promptly, ensuring that all treatment plans and client interactions are accurately recorded.
• Provide on-call support as needed during and after program hours, ensuring continuous care.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
