Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

  • Implement specific therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy to address issues including anxiety, depression, and stress management.

  • Provide crisis intervention services, delivering immediate support and developing safety plans for clients in distress.

  • Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal challenges, including family dynamics, behavioral patterns, and adjustment issues.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation to comply with legal and ethical guidelines in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse demographic, including adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in mental health counseling.

  • An active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a high level of empathy and understanding when working with clients.

  • The ability to cultivate and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and safety in the therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience
