A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Health Registered Nurse. This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week). HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Cordova TN 38016 – 100% On-site County covered : Shelby County, Tennessee Payrate: $48.69/hr + mileage Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-call rotation HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Home Health Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care through comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE | RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess patient health status and implement individualized care plans Provide case management, health maintenance, and disease prevention services Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals in community-based settings Coordinate care and communication across multidisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including daily, monthly, and annual nursing records Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and ensure appropriate follow-up Oversee medication management processes, including administration policies and compliance Supervise LPNs and unlicensed staff as needed Schedule and follow up on health-related appointments Coordinate care during hospital admissions and discharges Provide new employee training and annual health and safety recertifications Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Wound care experience (wound training available if needed) Preferred: Experience with OASIS documentation, Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE | REQUIREMENTS : Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
