Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, including intake interviews and psychological evaluations.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
  • Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
  • Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will have a direct impact on individuals facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and demographics, allowing for an enriching experience that requires cultural competence and sensitivity. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
  • Robust organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage caseloads.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy services in community health settings.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the integration of technology in therapeutic practices.
  • Background in working with diverse populations and specialized knowledge in trauma-informed care.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
