• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, among others.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements associated with the counseling profession.
• Stay current with leading research and advancements in mental health practices through workshops and continual professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and contribute to the overall mission of improving client outcomes.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, providing support to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your role will include addressing various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, ensuring that each client's unique narrative is respected and valued. Through clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions, you will assist clients in navigating their mental health journeys, empowering them to implement positive changes in their lives.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• At least two years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical standards and legal aspects pertinent to counseling practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other necessary software.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling.
• A history of collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team is strongly preferred.
• Experience with integrating technological tools to enhance client care and engagement.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
