Job description

Location: Austin, TX

Engagement type: Full-time, onsite

Start preference: ASAP

Compensation: $2000 - $5000 per month

Company: www.sanctuary.co

About the company

Sanctuary builds nature-led, wellness-centered communities that feel alive. Our first 135-acre residential community in the Texas Hill Country is designed with:

🌱 Non-toxic materials

💧 Clean water and filtration systems

⚡ EMF-conscious design

🌿 135 acres of preserved land and eco-sensitive planning

🏗️ Masonry construction

We are a global team (spread across 8 countries) of designers, architects, engineers, and dreamers building spaces that restore and inspire. For us, it's not just where people live - it's how they live.

Our vision is to bring Sanctuary to major cities around the world: healthy, sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.

The role

Our goal is to host gatherings at least once a week, sometimes twice - each one for a specific community of opinion leaders and professionals: chefs, bakers, painters, musicians, scientists, makers, and more. You're not just booking rooms and sending calendar invites. You’ll be the culture for a movement. You'll find these audiences, invite them, prepare the space and experience with the team, and facilitate the events - moderating brainstorms and business games so guests don't just attend, they dream and plan with us.

The ultimate goal: create a buzz, get respected people in our categories to know and love the place, and turn that into referrals, home buyers, and future teammates for our residency programs. We plan together, we dream together - that's how we find our people.

Think of it like this: you're building the energy around Sanctuary before people ever see a floor plan.

Your day-to-day

  • Identify and segment target audiences by category (culinary, arts, music, wellness, etc.).

  • Own outreach and invitations - fill the room with the right people.

  • Prepare the space, outdoor activities, and food alongside the team.

  • Facilitate and moderate each event: brainstorms, business games, and interactive experiences.

  • Drive the follow-up loop: referrals, our referral program, buyer interest, and recruiting future teammates.

Who we are looking for

  • A natural connector and host with great vibe and relevant experience producing events, community, or experiences.

  • Equal parts organizer, marketer, and facilitator. Austin-based, on-site. Ready to be on the ground.

Ready to stop planning generic events and start building a movement? We're moving fast, dreaming big, and we need someone who can read a room and make magic happen. If this feels like your moment, let's talk.
