Overview
The Brand Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supporting Sage Dental's organic marketing, content, reputation, community engagement, and brand storytelling initiatives. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Organic Marketing team, helping capture, organize, create, distribute, and measure content that strengthens brand awareness, employee engagement, patient trust, and recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, collaborative, and passionate about storytelling. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working cross-functionally with operations, clinical leaders, recruiting, community partners, and marketing vendors to bring the Sage Dental brand to life.
Candidates can be remote, ideally based in the Southeast, U.S.
Responsibilities
Content & Storytelling
  • Collect and coordinate content from offices, providers, and field teams, including photos, videos, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Maintain content calendars and asset libraries.
  • Support development of social media, recruitment, and brand content.

Organic Social Media
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.
  • Support employee-generated content and engagement campaigns.

Reputation Management
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews using approved brand guidelines.
  • Escalate patient concerns and track resolution.
  • Support review generation and engagement initiatives.

Community & Brand Engagement
  • Coordinate community events, sponsorships, health fairs, and grand openings.
  • Gather content and success stories from local events and partnerships.
  • Support employee recognition, provider spotlights, and culture-focused initiatives.

Reporting & Operations
  • Track content performance, engagement metrics, and review trends.
  • Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and cross-functional requests.
  • Ensure brand standards and compliance requirements are maintained.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or community engagement.
  • Strong writing, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media and content management platforms preferred.
