POSITION OVERVIEW:ย We are looking for a Sr. Manager with a nuanced understanding of digital marketing and client relationship skills to maximize our growth potential with automotive advertisers and or platforms. Across our marketing solution set, this position serves a key role bridging client management, product support and business development. The Sr. Manager must be comfortable interfacing with both external clients and internal product teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Under limited supervision, responsible for managing the execution of digital marketing and consumer engagement solution contracts with existing agency and media platform partners.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with clients (related to the managed contracts), supporting new business from those clients, proactive outreach, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Work with leadership to support the execution of digital marketing and consumer engagement solution contracts with existing agency and media platform partners.
  • Act as key interface between external clients, internal product teams, and business development.
  • Liaison directly with internal product teams to ensure client business requirements for new products can be technically supported by our solution set.
  • Support internal contract management activities including CRM system tasks, revenue monitoring and budget support.
  • Ensure consistent product performance and deliverables that are in line with client business strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for Urban Science to expand existing client relationships.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • University degree required; business or related degrees are preferred from an accredited college or university, or equivalent foreign intuition.
  • Minimum of 7 years related work experience, ideally within digital marketing/media
  • Experience in targeted-audience procurement, media attribution, digital campaign ROI analytics requiredOEM or Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Media planning and buying mechanics preferred
  • SQL experience a plus
