GTM Enablement Program Manager
Enablement Programs Team • Reports to: Director, Enablement Programs
Job Summary
Designs, builds, launches, and measures end-to-end enablement programs that build organizational capability, drive adoption of processes, tools, and methodologies, and improve revenue outcomes and field performance. Operating across the full scope of the Enablement Programs team, this role takes on programs spanning operational excellence and transformation initiatives, high-priority sales plays, and proficiency development for key CRO roles and partners. It partners with Enablement Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define strategic learning objectives, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to global GTM priorities.
This role sits within the Enablement Programs team and reports to the Director of Enablement Programs. It operates across the full program lifecycle-from discovery through launch, adoption, and sustainment-collaborating with Enablement Business Partners for intake and prioritization and with Enablement Services for production, delivery, logistics, and vendor management. Rather than owning a single fixed program domain, this role flexes across the team's portfolio, taking on whichever programs best match business priorities and team capacity.
Success in this role requires strong ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to drive execution independently while validating assumptions, asking thoughtful questions, and proactively resolving ambiguity.

  • Produces comprehensive project plans and timelines spanning design, development, delivery, rollout, and reinforcement and sustainment

  • Identifies resource requirements, dependencies, and risks

Program Design & Development
  • Leads end-to-end design of enablement programs that build proficiency in processes, tools, methodologies, role expectations, and sales plays

  • Develops learning journeys, assets, resources, and reinforcement mechanisms

  • Incorporates field insights via surveys, interviews, pilots, and focus groups

Program & Project Management
  • Owns execution from design through launch, adoption, and sustainment

  • Maintains detailed plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelines

  • Coordinates cross-functional contributors across Business Partners, Services, and stakeholder teams

  • Ensures readiness for rollout and provides regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership

Launch, Delivery & Adoption
  • Partners with Enablement Services to produce, schedule, and deliver enablement experiences, including logistics and production

  • Engages field champions and leaders to drive adoption and sustainment

  • Supports train-the-trainer activities as needed

  • Ensures readiness for global rollout

Coaching & Reinforcement
  • Works with sales and partner leadership SMEs to embed coaching practices and reinforcement strategies

  • Provides leaders with tools to support ongoing behavior change

Communications
  • Develops targeted program communication plans aligned to broader GTM messaging

  • Coordinates announcements, reminders, and just-in-time resources to support awareness and participation

  • Identifies trends and improvement opportunities, and provides insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in enablement, program management, operations, sales effectiveness, or a related field
