Position Overview:

The Community Outreach Specialist will engage with diverse communities across Connecticut to promote our services, facilitate support meetings, and maintain consistent communication with clients. This role requires travel to various locations, including regular visits to New Haven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach activities at various locations statewide to promote our resources.

• Facilitate weekly support meetings for clients.

• Provide weekly updates to clients via phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and resources.

• Travel regularly to New Haven and other locations as required.
