About Us:
Quality Care 4U Community Services, LLC is a community-based adult day program that provides meaningful activities, skill development, social engagement, and person-centered support for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges. Our mission is to promote inclusion, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate, respectful services.

Position Summary:
We’re seeking compassionate support professionals who have their own reliable vehicle to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges in community-based activities, life skills development, and individualized support plans. This role focuses on helping participants build independence, social skills, and community connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport participants to community activities (fuel allowance program provided)
  • Support participant volunteering, recreation, and skill-building activities
  • Promote independence and self-advocacy
  • Ensure health and well-being in community settings
  • Maintain documentation of activities and progress

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable, insured personal vehicle
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and dependable personality
