Position Overview

Serve patients in moments that matter and be a part of the future of health care. SCP Health is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to join our dynamic team at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital. Join us to grow your career, make a meaningful impact, and deliver high-quality care in the communities you serve.

  • Patient Volume: Average daily census: 25; Annual volume: 9,028
  • Coverage Model: Day shift - 12 hours Physician coverage onsite (7a-7p); Night shift - 12 hours Physician Tele-coverage (7p-7a); 8 hours NP/PA coverage onsite (7a-3p) Monday - Friday
  • Number of Beds: 25 Hospital Beds; Acute Care Hospital
  • EMR: EPIC


Qualifications

  • Education: Residency Trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain Virginia medical license
  • Board Certification: Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified
  • Badges: ACLS and BLS required
