Job description

SCHEDULE, LOCATION AND COMPENSATION:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours
  • On-call availability required
  • Location: HQ in St Paul, MN
  • Pay: $55,000 - $65,000

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a professional setting
  • Human services experience required
  • Must be able to pass a Department of Human Services background check
  • Valid Driver's License, access to a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a professional setting
  • 245D or 144G experience
  • Industry knowledge

In this role, you will be providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of our Go Supportive team at our HQ in St Paul. Our team provides in-person and phone support to individuals living with mental illness and disabilities. The goal of this service is to reduce hospitalizations and the need for emergency services by helping clients process their emotions and overcome challenges in their lives.
