Responsibilities

• Primary Administration of assigned core applications.
• Assist in the planning, design and development of enhancements to core applications and provide recommendations on new programs being considered.
• Meet with decision makers, process owners and end users to help define business requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve core business applications issues.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and help develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Assist all users with core application-related questions and concerns.
• Develop, execute and document test plans for all core application enhancements and upgrades.
• Help plan and build application roadmaps and conduct or coordinate training on core applications as needed.
• Serve on task teams (Application Vendor Analysis, Process and Policy Research, etc.).

• Work with internal and external auditors as needed.
• Maintain and enhance skills through formal and informal training opportunities.
• Travel to project site locations as needed to ensure implementation and user adoption success.
• Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Work Experience and Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Management Information Systems, Business or other related field or 5-7 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with programs such as Procore or InEight preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the company’s Zero Injury principles.
• Proven experience with Viewpoint, Procore, B2W and other the company core applications.

• Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and familiarity with software tools such as InEight, Procore, and HCSS.
• Work effectively with teams utilizing a customer centered approach.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of users, managers, and customers.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:


• When visiting jobsites, the work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
• This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises.
