What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute business development initiatives that support the firm's growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and client activity within the CRM.
  • Partner with Ownership, Directors, and Project Managers to develop account strategies and pursue new work.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align business development efforts, campaigns, events, and client communications.
  • Research market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities to inform growth strategies.
  • Represent Warehaus at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and community organizations.
  • Coordinate client meetings, follow-up activities, and relationship-building initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Champion CRM best practices and leverage data to support business development decisions and reporting.
  • Foster collaboration across the firm by sharing client insights, market intelligence, and pursuit opportunities.

  • 5+ years of business development experience.
  • Experience executing business development initiatives.
  • Experience within Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related professional services required.
