Overview i3 is searching for a Business Development / Capture SME to join our team! Coordinates business development and capture management strategies for a specific opportunity/pursuit, as assigned by management. Included are strategies for teaming, solution (technical, management, cost) development, proposal staffing/development, etc. Leads the development, implementation, and successful execution of these winning capture and business development strategies. Responsibilities * Lead the acquisition process effort for business opportunities, while developing and implementing the capture plan, and orchestrate all capture activities during the proposal phase and post-submittal activities. * Drives strategic business decision making through detailed analytics, insights that yield strategic objective results. * Build and deepen executive relationships with strategic customer base. * Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools and analytic data that add value to the business development team and feeds i3's strategic objectives. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in related field required. Additional experience may substitute for degree. * Minimum 22 years of relevant experience. * Experience and/or knowledge with data analytics and business intelligence is strongly preferred. * Experience building strategic business partnerships. * Demonstrated leadership skills. * Secret Clearance. * U.S. Citizenship is required. Knowledge/Skills * Knowledge of office administration and procedures. * Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully. * Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner. * Work independently with accountability for accurate and complete results. * Be extremely organized and exceptionally detail oriented. * Work well both independently and in a team environment. * Be energized by a fast-paced work environment. * Must be able to communicate with others effectively. * Analyze information and respond appropriately. * Manage time wisely and prioritize tasks. * Provide superior customer service. * Multi-task in a pleasant manner. * Work well under pressure.
