Care Team Manager
Make a Difference Every Day
Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Care Team Manager to lead one of our residential homes supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you'll provide leadership to your team, ensure quality care for the individuals we serve, and foster a positive, person-centered environment where everyone can thrive.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned group home, including financial, operational, and quality goals.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
  • Maintain staffing schedules and support employee development and accountability.
  • Ensure the home remains safe, clean, and well-maintained by coordinating repairs and maintenance.
  • Partner with maintenance teams and approved contractors to resolve facility concerns.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to support the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals served.
  • Promote person-centered care while encouraging independence and community involvement.
  • Maintain communication with guardians, medical providers, regulatory agencies, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Attend individual meetings, appointments, and community activities as needed.
  • Monitor documentation, medication administration, and program compliance.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree or college coursework in Business, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass all required background checks and work within Beacon Specialized Living programs.
  • Ability to maintain required certifications, trainings, and TB screenings (where applicable).
