KEY RESPONSIBILITIESย
Relationship-Building with Key Stakeholdersย
In partnership with the Southern Dallas Thrivesย team, this roleย strengthens existing relationships andย forgeย new working partnerships with community leaders, service providers, corporations, funders, public sector, educational institutions, coalitions, and other stakeholders to collectively implement strategy.ย ย
Represent UWMD in community coalitions, conferences, and other venues related to education, income, capacity building, and/or health in Southern Dallas.ย
- Communicate with other United Way departments, agencies, and community representatives, stakeholders, funders, etc. asย appropriate (communication of goals, activities, outcomes, etc.)ย
Coordinate effortsย for Southern Dallas Thrivesย asย appropriate withย Marketing, Finance, Resource Development, and Volunteer Engagement.ย
Programย andย Operationsย Managementย
Manageย current and future operations, processes, procedures, and projects that support the Southern Dallas Thrives team and programs.ย
Develop andย maintainย a comprehensive impact data & tracking system for Southern Dallas Thrives programs and partner collaboratives in the areas of education, income, health, and capacity building.ย ย
Identifyย new opportunities to supportย impact programmingย forย community members, partners, collaborators, and fundersย withinย the southern sector and other UWMD service areasย where applicable.ย ย
Support the efforts of developing and implementing UWMDโsย impactย goals, programs, collaborations, andย methodology.ย ย

JOB REQUIREMENTSย
EDUCATION:ย Bachelorโsย degreeย required; degree in urban planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred.ย Mastersย degree preferred.ย ย
EXPERIENCE:ย A minimum ofย 5 years of work experienceย required.ย Masterโsย degree may substitute for two years of experience. Background in program development and management, business administration, and/or non-profit managementย stronglyย desired.ย ย
