The Position:

Getac North America is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive strategic growth by targeting, recruiting and managing select Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Independent Hardware Vendors (IHVs) servicing the Federal DoW markets for the rugged mobility market. This role will focus on promoting integration of rugged compute solutions and body-worn cameras into partner solutions. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates near a major airport city.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Identify, engage, and manage ISVs and IHVs in the Federal DoD sectors.
  • Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with technology partners to integratewithrugged computing and body-worn camera solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with Getac’s product roadmap.
  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic account planning.
  • Represent Getac at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed.

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Military Service Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or partner management within technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of ISV/IHV ecosystems and enterprise technology integration.
  • Experience working with rugged computing solutions and/or body-worn camera technologies preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Travel:

  • Requires travel 50% of the time.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a driving record meeting company criterion.
  • Passport required for international travel.

The Location:

Getac is located in Irvine, CA but this position would be a remote position located in the west coast.
