About the role
Position: Content Group Intern
Location: 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (hello82 HQ)
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 6:30PM, Onsite
The Content Group Intern is responsible for supporting the Event Operations and Artist Activation team in the execution and logistics management of future hello82 events/tours. This role works cross-functionally with members of the Content Group, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless event planning and operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks relating to all forms of production on a daily basis
  • Support planning and execution of live experiences and events
  • Assist with operational timelines, trackers, and documentation
  • Assist in defining the project scope and budget
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Support clear communication across teams to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines.
  • Prepare decks, summaries, and follow-ups for cross-functional projects
  • Track deliverables and flag risks or dependencies early
  • Support on-site execution during events
  • Assist with post-event reporting and recaps
  • Monitor K-pop trends, fan behavior, and competitive marketing campaigns.
  • Support research and ideation for campaign planning and fan engagement initiatives.
  • Help ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and aligned with global fan communities.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in K-Pop, production, events, operations, or growth-related roles preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Korean language preferred (minimum conversational Korean) to support our Korean-speaking external teams
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Based in or able to work regularly in Los Angeles
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with live events, festivals, or experiential projects as well as entertainment, media, or culture-driven companies
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms, merch, or partnerships
  • Interest in K-pop / entertainment industry
  • Basic understanding of video and other production technology
