Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - AI Product Manager for Service Management

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Anticipated Start Date: September 2026

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Hours: Full-time internship; 40 hours per week

  • Prompt & Experience Engineering: Support the refinement of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows by documenting client needs and helping technical teams tune AI responses for accuracy 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Analytics to track the performance of new capabilities and advocate for data-driven and product-led methodologies to drive growth through customer insights and usage data. 
  • Support with defining, communicate and evangelize the evaluation lifecycle, it’s importance and the differences between evaluations, UATs and productive labelling. 
  • Stay ahead of advances in agentic AI, safety, compliance, and UX, while applying modern AI product thinking 
  • Support in partnering with engineering, data, and design teams to translate requirements into epics and acceptance criteria 
  • Define and track success metrics, leveraging user feedback and data for continuous improvement
